Firstly, check tracking. In
dispatch confirmation email we sent you, click on ‘TRACK SHIPMENT’.
If you see ‘Unsuccessful Delivery’,
you need to visit or contact your local post office and provide your tracking
number. You can find it on the top of tracking page, something similar to ‘RN288440565LT’
Please note that our periods for
lost parcels are 14 calendar days for EU and 40 calendar days for the rest of
the world (from dispatch date). If you still haven’t received your item after
these periods, please email us at email@example.com
Periods for lost parcels are extended by one week in December due to overloaded mail.
If you changed your mind, please
contact us within 14 calendar days after you received your item. Please note
that an item should be in unused condition and original packaging. According to
our policies return shipping is paid by buyer.
Once we get your item back we will
issue a full refund or dispatch an item you requested within 14 calendar days.
