1) How long does shipping usually take?


EU orders (except Italy and Spain): usually 3-7 working days from dispatch

Italian and Spanish orders: usually 5-9 working days from dispatch

International orders: usually 1-3 weeks from dispatch


Orders will be delivered by your local postal service. Above times are estimated and do not include the customs processing times.

Delays are likely to occur during busy Christmas/Valentine’s Day times, please keep that in mind.


2) Will I get a tracking number? And how to track my order?


If you upgraded to TRACKED shipping method at checkout, your tracking link will be emailed once your order is dispatched. If can’t locate it, please check SPAM folder as well.


3) Tracking shows “UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY”, what should I do?


If you see “Unsuccessful delivery” in your tracking, this means that you missed your delivery attempt. All you need to do is to contact your local post service and arrange a redelivery or collect a parcel from local post office. Your will find post’s contact details based on destination country HERE. You will need to provide your tracking number which in highlighted in red below.



4) My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?


First of all, check your tracking (if you upgraded to TRACKED shipping method at checkout). You should have received shipment confirmation email with tracking link. If can’t locate it, please check SPAM folder as well.

If you see “Unsuccessful Delivery”, please check FAQ question 3 above.


If tracking shows that parcel is still in transit or you chose STANDARD shipping method (not traceable), please make sure the following periods for lost parcels have past:

EU orders: 21 calendar days from dispatch

International orders: 40 calendar days from dispatch


5) How to return/ exchange an item?


If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, please contact us (at the bottom of this page) within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Requests beyond this period won't be approved.


Please note that an item(s) should be in unused condition and original packaging. According to our policies return shipping is paid by buyer.

When contacting us, please provide your order number, your intentions, and product name you would like to exchange to.


6) How can I update my order or shipping address?


You can request to update your order or shipping address if it wasn’t dispatched yet. We do not guarantee that your request will be approved. Please contact us at the bottom of this page.


7) I received wrong or defective item, what should I do?


Please take a photo of your device and item(s) you received and email us at

8) Do you ship worldwide?


Yes, we do (except Canada). Canada post is currently having issues with delivering parcels on time.

Shipping is free of charge.


9) Do you offer express shipping?


Unfortunately, only standard shipping is available. We recommend to upgrade to TRACKED shipping method at checkout.


10) Will my parcel be delivered to my door?


Usually parcels are delivered door to door but you may need to collect from your local post office if you missed delivery or due to other issues.

11) Will I have to pay customs fees?


Usually no custom fees applies, however, in some cases you may need to pay them. This is set by each country and not by us.


12) What payments do you accept?


You can pay by credit or debit cards, Paypal or ApplePay. Sorry, no bank transfers and cash on delivery are accepted.


13) How can I cancel my order?


You can request to cancel your order if it wasn’t dispatched yet. We do not guarantee that your request will be approved. Please contact us at the bottom of this page.


14) How and when do you process refund?


We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of getting your items back.


15) How to apply discount code?


You can apply discount codes at checkout. Please note that discount codes can only be applied before placing an order. We can’t issue refunds for discount codes once order is placed.

If your discount code doesn’t work, possible reasons for that are:
